Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pulp and Paper Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pulp and paper manufacturing, with a focus on sustainable practices. This role involves optimizing existing processes, implementing innovative techniques, and ensuring the quality of our final products.

Responsibilities
  1. Process Optimization:
    • Continuously evaluate and improve pulp and paper manufacturing processes for efficiency and sustainability.
    • Implement cost-effective measures to enhance production and reduce environmental impact.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality paper products.
    • Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new materials and technologies.
  3. Equipment Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of machinery used in the pulp and paper manufacturing process.
    • Coordinate with the engineering team for timely repairs and upgrades.
  4. Environmental Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and implement eco-friendly practices in the manufacturing process.
    • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to achieve company goals.

Qualifications
